Mix
6 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup wheat germ or wheat flour
1/2 cup coconut
1/2-1 cup nuts chopped (mom uses walnuts but any nut will work)
Add
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup honey
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Bake
20-25 minutes @ 350 degrees stirring often
This has been my life saver for my cereal cravings before I go to bed. I think my other pregnant sisters can relate:)
