2 ½ cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. baking soda
¾ tsp. salt
2/3 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup ripe mashed bananas
Mix dry ingredients. Cream sugar and shortening, add whole eggs 1 at a time. Mix in the other crap. Ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
