Snickerdoodles

1 c. Butter
2 c. Sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. Milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 3/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt

Cinnamon sugar mixture:
3 Tbls sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix in separate bowl and use to coat dough

Mix butter, sugar, and eggs. Add milk and vanilla and mix. Add dry ingredients. Roll dough into walnut sized balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake @ 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
